I’d like to publicly thank the DailyBlogTips site for their excellent posting of Check How Search Engines See Your Website.
I had always known about the SEO Browser (the topic of that post), but haven’t used it in ages. After dealing with my coffeemaker dying an agonizing death early this morning (okay, I turned it on and it laughed at me), I was in the mood for some hard core SEO analysis (I mean, isn’t everyone when they’re deprived of their morning caffeine?).
I started plugging some URLs of mine into the application and what I discovered startled me quite a bit. Further digging revealed I have uncovered an, ahem, opportunity that everyone who uses a particular theme has for themselves.
I have fixed this opportunity for my own sites and am in the process of writing about it. But I did want to tip my hat off to the DBT team - if it wasn’t for their post, I wouldn’t have been inspired to step outside the box. More shall follow soon.
