(YAAAAAAWWWWNNNNNNN)!  It never fails….every Tuesday, I throw myself 110% into my martial arts bjj, Kendo and Adult sparring, collect 2-3 fresh black and blue marks, end up being knocked all over the place…and then just cannot get to sleep. 

It’s quite maddening, really - finally I get home, I crawl into bed, I witness my 382 new aches that keep my muscles continuously nudging me and quietly bellowing "So you just hadda say, c’mon, is that all you got?"….and my body joyfully responded, sleeping is a forbidden activity here!  Wheeeee!

Add to that my son woke up me up at 2am with a lovely bloody nose river flowing gently every which way, and you have a recipe for one exhausted entrepreneur!
