Easy neat way to add stylish CSS Cascading menus to your blog

Morning all!

‘Tis been awhile since I’ve last written here as I’ve been up to my earlobes designing my entrepreneurial blog BarbaraLing.com.  However, I’ve reached a breathing point over yonder, so I can start writing at some of my other blogs like this one too!

I’d like to invite you to visit my entrepreneurial blog.  If the heavens are aligned and the birdies are singing and the cows are mooing, ideally you should see a dropdown menu on top like so:

Home Overview Categories

Move your mouse over Overview and Categories - you should see really coolio drop-down menus that make you go

Golly gee whiz!  How on EARTH did you do that????

and if you didn’t, please drop me a note so I can cry.

But I digress! :)

The way I implemented those dropdown menus was quite simple!  I installed the

Wordpress Dropdown Plugin

added the required code in my header.php

(in this case, <?php if (function_exists('suckerfish')) {suckerfish();} ?> )

and voila, the menus worked.

The administration panel that’s offered is very easy to use, and Ryan even provides a CSS dropdown generator to boot.

So if you’re looking for something that appears quite spiffy, do consider adding it to your blog.

Enjoy!
