RANT - What Twitter REALLY is missing Part 10 - No Mind-to-Twitter Mind-control Ability

Mind Reading Twitter!

10 days ago I wrote my first Twitter rant over here.

It’s time for my 10th and last Twitter rant! I’m positive you’ll agree that

No Automatic Mind-To-Twitter Ability

is disheartening to the max, right?

I mean, consider the following. There I am with my utterly magnificent blog postings about, oh, hmmm, lessee:

But before I can twitter them, I have to actually (I hope you’re sitting down for this) THINK about what I want to write.

I’m expected to exercise my mental thought process and then actually:

Move my fingers AND type!!!!!!

Talk about an imposition!

Now, before you dismiss this rant as truly bizarre, consider Emotiv. To wit:

…The next video game controller you use might be between your ears. A start-up company called Emotiv Systems has developed a helmet-like headset that, it says, lets users control game characters with their thoughts.

The device looks like something used for heavy-duty orthodontics, and it comes with receptors that read activity among the brain’s neurons. The player then teaches the device’s software to associate thought patterns with commands. According to the game news blog Kotaku, which got an early look, players could push and pull an object by willing it so or scare spirits away with a grimace…..MORE…..

Now, gentle reader, I ask you. If the gaming industry can take advantage of our thoughts and ideas, why on earth hasn’t this been built into Twitter?

Yep, I wonder that too.

And with that, this 10th rant officially closes my Twitter Rant series. You’ll be thrilled to know that after 11 days of intense research, grueling 37 hour workdays and gallons of fresh coffee, I have actually SOLVED (oh yes I did!)
